The description of the item was works and ready to run. There was no description of anything broken. The locomotive has a broken place which I had to take in for repairs. The tracks do not work or run. I have to buy new track. I asked for a $20 refund from the seller which was refused. I have to spend $50 on new track plus the $20 to take the locomotive in for repairs.
