    Seller communication was poor. Made excuses that he was out of town and couldn't receive emails. Once he replied he refused to accept my legitimate bid, I even paid more for shipping than what we had agreed to, saying he changed his mind. This seller is a detriment to eBay because they do not follow the standard code of honor that eBay is built on. I gave him every opportunity to make this right and he took no action. Informed him that I would be leaving negative feedback and he ignored me.
