    1st star. Item description was correct. 2nd. Clear communication prior to sale. 3nd. Price, fair with no packaging, which was acceptable for the item. 4th. Will load on your truck. Lack of 5th star. Seller was agitated at my arrival (was instructed to call 30 minutes out and I did), Seller was distressed and had a negative attitude to re-orient the item for a safe load. I paid a nice man down the road with to redo the load with a forklift after it caused damage to my truck. Soured my vacation

    The listing clearly stated the item was to be loaded AS-IS. That means not disassembled and not upside down. Buyer brought a short small pickup truck with no effective tie down points. He was right there when I loaded it and didn't have a problem until later. Next time, bring a real truck suitable for the job. I did eventually offer to flip it upside down, but he refused. I also suggested he go to a nearby Home Depot for some wood to build a stabilizing structure, but apparently he didn't.
