The size large is a couple of inches too long for my suitcase so I had to make seams/a couple tucks to reduce the length on the bottom on both sides of the zipper. The width is a perfect fit. I think size medium would probably have been too short. Maybe my suitcase is between the M & L in size. But I did carefully measure the suitcase before choosing size L. Oh well, the alterations worked.
