    Seller pictures of item is the same as another sellers photo of the item I purchased. I waited so long for my item and when it finally arrived I got nothing but 1 nail file & 1 buffer. I purchased 6 packs . I only received 1 pack and that one pack was missing items! Seller did send me a refund back but I really needed these for my clients and they scammed me.

First solution was to send you the missing items, second solution was to issue you a full refund and to keep the item you received. First, you chose to receive the missing items, and then you changed your mind and decided you wanted the full refund and keep the item you received... The pack we sent you was sealed and untampered with... You made a choice of receiving the refund instead of receiving the missing items...
