However, after turning it on, I found that the laptop had been used for 2 months. When turning it on, I found that the sound did not work. The seller did not check it before sending it. I had to call a repairman to fix the problem. It was a gift for my son's birthday and it was inconvenient to return it and then wait for them to fix it or send a new one.Reply from: powerimp_electronics- Feedback replied by seller powerimp_electronics.- Feedback replied by seller powerimp_electronics.The buyer claimed to have paid £50 for home repair services to fix a sound issue—without contacting me first. He also stated that the issue was related to BIOS settings, which I find hard to believe. I asked which company performed the service, but received no response. I still offered a £20 partial refund as a goodwill gesture. After not receiving the full £50, he left an unfair and misleading review. I hope eBay will review our conversation messages and investigate the matter accordingly.
