    like new used phone

    I love the phone. Battery lasts most of the day as long as internet not used much. the price was awsome and when the phone arrived it looks like brand new. Very sastisfied. I can't really comment about the small form factor because I do not know what it is.

    nice simple phone

    I don't use my phone much and therefore don't need any fancy features. This phone serves it's purpose of making phone calls receiving incoming calls and texting. The battery life so far seems to be holding nicely. My previous phone kept on dying on me really quickly because my house doesn't seem to have good service. But this phone seems to be doing a fine job- I can actually speak on the phone in my house where as my old phone never worked. Overall I'm happy with this phone.

    When talking with someone, all of a sudden, it starts making a strange noise and you can't hear them. This happens most of the time. Some times the calls do not come through. The phone will turn it self off with full battery. With the phone plugged in it will not turn on. There are just so many things wrong with this phone. It is not a good buy.

    this is the 4th phone i got from your co. and only one lasted four months.

    the battery was no good. the verizon store said and they said the phone was very old and mite not work with thier new system.
