When I received the phone it was not working so I send it back and I asked for a new one. The seller refused to send a new one and sent the phone to a technicien to check it. The technicien still has it for more than 2weeks and the seller still refuses to send a new one. I do not understand why the phone is not working if I bought a “Brand New”, why means brand new for the seller??

    Pure Android with a good Camera

    While the "a" variant used to be the smaller version, the Pixel 6a is really a larger phone and that is a bit sad. However the build quality is excellent and I feel it is less likely to break than the 4a I used previously. To me, it is a no-nosense Android experience with a great camera that more importantly, doesn't break the bank. I like to buy my phones rather than finance and this is the perfect balance.

    I plugged in my SIM card and noticed the phone was not fully unlocked to accept my Mint Mobile SIM card. The team at SoonerSoft Electronics was very helpful and attempted to walk me through solving my problem. However when the problem could not be solved on my end, they were able to send me a new phone so I could return the problem phone. My Pixel 6a runs great and was nearly "out of the box" condition. I would definitely look into purchasing another phone though SoonerSoft in the future.
