I had to call customer service twice because I couldn't remember what I needed to do after the first call 🤪. Customer service is really great both times. I did have to take it apart to rewind the springs but now that I know what I'm doing it was relatively easy. Packaging was perfect the product seems to be of great quality and it should last me.😎

Definately work better than the torn one i had prior, fast shipping. And packaged well, Thank You!
