- 6***z (399)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseInitially I really didn’t like the collet. I made the mistake of tightening the collet slightly without a bit in the collet. When I then tried to back out the nut, it slips off the top of the collet. The collet remains inside the shaft. Now that I know what not to do, the nut, with a proper 1/4” bit or burr, the nut remains attached to the top of collet and pulls the collet out of the shaft as you back off the nut.
