    In the pictures you will see one that says you will receive a personalized follow up call and that you will receive pictures & videos showing the overall appearance PRIOR to shipment. THIS NEVER HAPPENED FOR ME. My watch was visibly dirty and had a black hair sticking out of the back screw off case. Once I started asking questions and they could sense I wasn’t completely happy, they stopped replying promptly to me. Expected me to send it back to get it cleaned.
