    The seller quickly answered my presale inquiries, so I shipped my Canon S100 for repair. There was no communication beside what happens automatically (e.g., tracking notices). It would have been nice to get a note in the returned package stating what was done, but regardless, the camera was fixed. It took a little longer than other reviewers led me to expect, but to be fair, most of the time was due to shipping. Cost to repair was was much cheaper than buying a similar used camera.

    My previous experience with them led me to send a second camera and they were unable to fix it because they did not have a motherboard. They could place an order, but rather than informing me that the order would be delayed, they cancelled it and returned it. Additionally, that initially serviced camera had to be serviced again for the same issue. You should be aware that the low price reflects the poor quality of service you receive. In the long run, this repair will not last.

    I am very pleased with the speed of repair, same day. I am also satisfied with the price of repair. If I ask a question I get a very quick response. I had doubted this guy authenticity. Especially because what I knew about ebay service was only buy or sell and not repair. Also this guy English writing looks and feels like a Foringer. More precise China. I don't care. 1st I own him an apology for doubting his authenticity. i sent this HX90V to a big company and they said can't repair.
