    The sellers first communication was 12 days after purchase. He did upgrade us with extra memory to compensate for the delay. Alas when the item shipped it was first delivered to an address in Austin, Texas Not Florida!. eBay says it was delivered on the 5th of July. It wasn t. We received the CPU on the 7th of July. Since then we have been unable to install an OS on it. We messaged the seller but never received a response back. To this day all we have is a doorstop. GOD Bless, SHALOM!
