One of the chairs had a badly bent metal base and could not be assembled. I'm pleased with the seller customer service. They needed pictures and promptly sent replacements. Interestingly, they sent out two sets of replacements and one of those was also bent/crooked. All in all, I can't complain given the price, but these seem to be seconds of some kind.
