The response was and I quote "Thank you for your message, unfortunately, we cannot verify that information. We recommend checking with the manufacturer directly. Have a nice day!" Obviously did not care. I contacted ebay and seller again and they did decide to look into it and in the end I received a refund but not the product. Untruthful Listing. Horrible response.
