      Ford Escape - Fuel Pressure Incorrect

      Bought this to fix the P0193 OBDII code on my '05 Ford Escape. Worked for a few days, then after filling up (within a week), very rough idle and car would not run anymore. Had to reset car computer (by disconnecting the battery) and waiting 1/2 hour in order to get the car to run again (just to get home!). Car continued to have start-up and rough idle issues. Then changed back to my old sensor (P0193 light came back on), but rough idle went away, and all else was fine again. Just ordered the Motorcraft version.

      Good so far

      When I got the dreaded A093 code and found it to be the fuel rail pressure sensor. I priced it a couple places where I live and the cheapest was $111.00, OUCH!! I searched on the internet and found this one. I couldn't believe how cheap it was compared to the one I priced from the automotive parts stores. I took a chance and bought this and couldn't be happier. Saved myself almost $100 and so far so good it's been installed for a couple weeks now and still no check engine light.
