A LIttle lighter maybe than the original but I'm a lot bigger now so that could just be me. The thing in the back of the controller is just cosmetic. Not sure what it was for anyways. Sturdy build. You could probably drop it alot. It was the cheapest price on Ebay for the same controller. Could get these on Alli express probably but the wait time is ridiculous. It's best just to buy them here, really.

If you want to return it, the seller does not want to refund even half of what you paid. I paid over $30, and they offered me a refund of only $15, even though the publication mentions that returns are accepted and that the seller pays for shipping. Personally, I do not recommend it.
