I like the different settings although that's not why I purchased this. It's only drawback in my opinion, is that it is very noisy/loud and if using while watching TV, the volume has to be really turned up, or, just switch the setting to the lower back or legs. It's easy to use which is fortunate because the instructions are poorly translated. I am happy with my purchase. Thank you.

Device does not reach the shoulder parts as high as I would like. I will adjust the device to see if that improves. If device works for at least six months with no problems, I will be happy. Massage modes feel very good Price is right, delivery fast. Body size/weight are factors to consider when buying, as well as what chair it is placed on.
