    cannot rate product, as they never shipped it. Put it my cart, paid for it and the seller cancelled the order with no explanation and no response when I reached out to ask why they cancelled. I would expect at least a canned response and excuse for not shipping what I ordered, but I heard nothing, so I have to put this seller on the "Questionable" list. Funny thing is, this $10.97 card was soon selling for over $100 on ebay, so I think they pulled the card from the sale to relist it? If so ? Hum
