    A+++. Seller was very responsive and patient with situation. Placed order but we had a below average cold come through so they waited to ship until temperature came up following week. Unfortunately it was during holiday shipping period and UPS didn't deliver until 6pm. Items were packaged beautifully but heat pack had expired by that time and the corals got too cold and didn't survive. Replacements will be shipped after the Holiday season is passed.
