I chiseled the old rings out and since they are megaphone mufflers they ended up being around 3.25 at the end. Now I can't find any 3.25 baffles so I just went with this. I cut it in half since the next baffle was around 4 inches in, wrapped the fiberglass with stainless bailing wire to prevent blowout and shimmed it to the middle and bolted it in. Quiet the exhaust enough and got rid of the annoying pop.
