I reached out and he said the tree would look better this way and that it was no big deal. He didn t want to give a refund until eBay forced a return. Then he insinuated I knew nothing about trees - I grew up on a commercial orchard and now have my own private orchard. He is the most condescending person I ve talked to in about a decade. Just awful.
