      First time purchase from this seller. I was pleasantly surprised to find that shipping was really fast as it came from Canada and could have been delayed by customs. The product came well packaged and is high quality. I buy a lot of audiobooks and this was one of the few times that I got the audiobooks on as USB drive instead of a CD/DVD. It make playing on my laptop a lot less problematic. I will buy from this seller again .5/5 stars
