When I received the item it was much smaller in size than claimed, in spite of being labeled 2XL. It was marketed as being 50"-58", when it measured only 36"-38", max. They offered a partial refund and wanted me to keep handlebars I couldn’t use at all. When I told them that was a no go for me they agreed to refund me as long as I sent them back. After sending them back they gave me a partial refund for the handlebars being damaged. Mind you I only had the bars out long enough to check fitment on my bike.Less then a minute literally. I packaged bars and sent back in original packaging with no damage at all.
