So long for me to get the tracking details, and got no response so the only way I could get hold of them was to phone them. But apart from that they are a good E Bayer I guess I was just one o the unlucky ones but 5 stars on the item though

Ended up getting the refund and next day the package showed up. Told seller that id like to somehow give the money back since the package arrived. I have Wuchwood luggage which is 30 yo and still the zips work as they did back then, how ever I have bought luggage from other currently popular companies and have issues. Arrived well before stated, postage no problem. item as described on all online platforms fits perfectly into the tactical rucksack. Coms were updated and would recommend this seller.
