Shoebox was only wrapped in a thin shipping bag with no padding so the shoebox itself was beaten up inside. Seller did not add tracking or even offer it as an option so I had no idea when the item would arrive. Estimated arrival date came and went. Item arrived over a week later than the estimated shipping time, two days AFTER the event I bought them for.
