    Sorry, I sell a lot of items and sometimes forget the sample items. I would have gladly shipped it or given you a small rebate if you told me. I don’t charge shipping and duties have nothing to do with me. I don’t even have an option not to ship internationally, that’s all eBay. I ship to their hub then they ship it to you, so I have nothing to do with import duties or if they charged you shipping. I do apologize for the confusion, though.
