    Item thankfully arrived undamaged as UPS was a complete headache to deal with on this purchase. My item was half hanging out of box and I had to drive to a postal annex just to get it. Not a gripe against the seller, just frustrated from a buyer standpoint as UPS is terrible to deal with. My item was exactly as described and the seller had great prices 5 stars for seller, but maybe think about a different delivery service without signature requirements.

    Things not listed in the description

    There is a small hole in the bottom left corner an that wasnt listed in the information. An the phone has dark spots in the screen sometimes an the pin says its been removed an that screen pops on even when its not been.

    For some reason it likes to give me a black screen at least once a day. I have to restart the phone. Other than that it's a good phone. Don't know if it is system-wide or just my particular hand piece. I can live with it.

    Really sweet phone.

    I have no idea what a small form factor is but if its a good thing I'm sure it has it. I put a tiny dab of white appliance paint on one end of the stylus base so Iit is no longer difficult to aim it back into the slot easily. That took care of my only complaint. SOme day I will get someone to show me how to load a photo up on your site.

    LG Stylo 4: A budget beast.

    The LG Stylo 4 is the poor man's Galaxy Note 9. It doesn't have the fancy specs that the Note 9 has but unless you are a power user, you don't really need all of that hardware. The Stylo 4 has the specs where they count. It has a large, clear screen with good color, quick enough response times, and good storage. It isn't a world beater by any stretch of the imagination but it is a solid phone that gets the job done. At the "Open Box" price I could have bought about 7 phones for what the Note 9 costs. I bought these phones for my kids to carry around when away from home. It is a good starter phone for kids or teen's first serious phone if you don't want to buy a 1000 dollar iPhone or Galaxy that your teen will break.
