      Shortly after buying a Dragonite tin with mini-packs inside (THAT order got canceled) I received a bid offer from the same Seller for THIS Salamence tin, roughly comparable to the Dragonite but less desirable - I hard countered and my offer was accepted. Woohoo! Then the item arrived ... I received the restock of the tin containing only three 10-card packs (tin says that on the back) and NOT good ones. Contacted Seller and worked out a partial refund ... but the process was LIKE PULLING TEETH.
