      The "item arrived on time" is more like "the item arrived when UPS decided to deliver it" since it sat for a week only 1 hour away from the destination point; something that hasn't happened before with UPS. Otherwise, the customer service with National Artcraft is awesome--they value your business and care about you and your needs and expectations. The banding straps are good quality, I expect them to last for years. Very definitely a good, reputable business and I'll order from them again.
