      I wish you had contacted me concerning any problems. The bottle is new. The scrubs become concentrated as water content undergoes some evaporation. Other listing scrub photos show this. My actual listing photo shows that it doesn't come to the top. This is a natural occurrence. The pump must have been damaged during shipping as I didn't notice a problem & I've shipped many similarly without any problem. Please send me a photo of the pump. I will certainly ship you a new bottle & apologize.
