It said it was pre-owned but, It doesnt look like it was ever used before...it was in impeccable conditon and better then described. Packaging was in a shipping envelope but, very well packed. The purse even had coach tissue paper and silica packets in it. I've been looking for a coach purse that matched my coach wallet and I am so glad I found it and a great price!
