    Ordered baskets on March 26. Shipped out quickly, have tracking info. FedEx has lost the package and is considering it undeliverable. Only the seller can get in touch with them and start a claim. I have been reaching out to the seller through the messages and through Ebay's protocols (which are terrible, and meant to leave the buyer hanging) and have received no responses. He has however shown Ebay enough, so they have put my claim on hold. No product, no refund, no recourse. Boo!
