"Fragile" was written several times on the package but sometimes mail carriers get "fragile" and "punt this box as hard as you can" mixed up. Luckily I was able to repair the cat with a ceramics repair kit and oh my gosh she's gorgeous! I'm so happy with my purchase. TLDR; this seller packages items EXCELLENTLY but beware USPS. The cat is more beautiful in real life. A+
