      Good trainer for anybody, not just athletes or for medical issues

      I bought this to train myself out of too-shallow breathing, rather than to help a particular medical condition. After a couple of weeks of consistent use, it seems to be working. Endurance has improved, average BP has gone down, and exercise recovery time is shorter. I'm just doing the standard 30 total breaths split between 2 or 3 sets throughout the day. I hear free divers like this trainer, but it works for us landlubbers too.

      Best lung results ever!

      It is hard to use at first but very effective. I saw results after just a few days. Does so much more than the Spirometer that the hospitals give you. I’m a fan!
