The item purchased was listed as a new, unopened, unused set of GLASS Philips Baby bottles. The item sent was not only, opened, and used, it was also not at all what was listed. I received a very used, set of PLASTIC bottles with one cracked glass bottle. After making contacted with this seller, I received only one response. My additional correspondences were not acknowledged. I had to send product back to be refunded. I DO NOT recommend seller.
