        1. Horrible packing job. Ridiculous disassembling of parts that are to remain installed. Failed to use a bike box to protect frame. Dent on top tube may have happened in transit, don’t know. Next time take it to a bike shop for packing if you can’t do it properly. 2. Bike shipped dirty. 3. Bike shipped with one tire not holding air. Not in description. Was informed after transaction completed. 4. Good price for the frame. 5. SRAM derailer and shimano gear cluster, not in description.
