One of the sellers CD’s had slipped behind the player area and during shipping seems to have wedged itself in there. Even though the item was packaged well, obviously it wasn’t packaged to account for loose items inside the player. The issue was that it damaged some of the components inside the player. The seller made no attempts to try to rectify the situation. I ended up having to take it completely apart and remove, purchase & replace components
