Two shirts appear to have been worn. As they were not “crisp” and showed wear around the collar. Packaging and Shipping were fine. No fault of seller the shipping time was excessive it was in the area 3 days prior to delivery. Would be a good value if all the items were as listed “new with tags”. The seller offered a refund. One new with tag, the others new without. I offered a refund immediately upon getting their message and instead of responding to me they left this negative message. I am disappointed that this was their choice as I have had excellent experiences on this platform for both selling and buying and I did what I could to rectify the situation, as they viewed it. And they are keeping the shirts so…Anyway it is out of my hands and will leave it to source.
