I suspect that most buyers discover this but are not offered a refund. This product does not stay seated while filling the balloon. The clips do not keep it in place, the chamber gets soft and loses its shape and I can't get it to fill the balloon even if I hold it in place. Tried everything to no avail. Not a good value!!! Buy original to save

Chamber is not made of the same material as Storz & Bickel and it doesn’t fit right on the Volcano.
