        Good Recliner Chair Lift replacement Part

        This fixed the broken Power Recliner part. In our case the motor was still operating, but the plastic fitting was broken. Usually any plastic part will break first. Only too bad we couldn't replace that part. This motor was easy to replace and the chair is operating 100%... The original part we just replaced had lasted 4 years... So that's a very good life expectancy. Plus the price is fair. Better than replacing the entire chair !!!!! Any handy man can install it....

        Grinding noise when operating.

        Make grinding noise. Maybe I got a bad batch, but all three have the same issue. I bought the similar ones with oval switch and those were good. Just needed a round switch and had to buy this one.

        Chair motor

        Perfect item to fix my mom’s reclining lift chair. Motor works better than the old one and it came with a new remote. When the old motor overheated and died out we thought we’d have to get rid of her chair. We were so glad to be able to fix her chair. Thanks for the sale.

        Not powerfull enough to fully lift a chair.

        On the desrciption it said it was a replacement for the Limoss 450312. It was slightly different but was able to drill out the brackets to make work which was not a problem or issue. The problem is the actuator is not powerful enough to lift the chair to the fully up position. It is strong enough to recline but not fully lift.
