BAD PACKING !! rolls arrived, but one roll was broke open due to sellers insecure packing skills. rolls were just tossed in a lose bag, then in an envelope and was not secure from banging around in the big yellow bag ! i simply asked for a shipping refund (thats it), seller told me to eff off, blames the usps. very insecure packing. 👳♂️👳♂️👳♂️Reply from: a_step7- Feedback replied by seller a_step7.- Feedback replied by seller a_step7.AND NOW MY SIDE OF THE STORY: I NEVER told you to eff off. I offered TWICE to refund you entirely for the return of the item. I suggested to file a claim wih the shipper for any damage which that may have caused. I double secured the shipment in plastic and bble rap
