    Unless you're a Business don't look for help.

    If you call for help and you're not a business they won't help you. I worked at a dealership and installed many different brands with a help line. But with today's cars and the additional electronics it's has a few challenges. when you call for help they flat out tell you we can't help you but to give you a professional installer in my area. WHY SELL ME THE PRODUCT THAT I CAN'T INSTALL IT MYSELF AND YOU HAVE NO TECH HELP LINE FOR THE GUY THAT BOUGHT IT. It was the last one I'd buy.

    Product ok . Direction horrible

    Direction left out key info about a parking light jumper. Directions didn’t say anything about where to install jumper or any info period. After installing remote start lights would not flash to inform me car had started.. Horrible direction!!!!!
