    So a couple of the little rubber pieces around the rollers probably got broken during shipment. However, this piece came perfectly wrapped. The box was shipped separately perfectly wrapped. It came very quickly, and the reformer works very well. I put it on risers. It was exactly as described and even added new double loops to attach. I love this product. Thank you so much.
