    Flaxseed oil capsules

    My pharmacist recommended this as I was starting to have bad hormonal acne issues. After taking this for a few days my skin is clear and not dry as it was, I obviously needed something to hydrate my skin internally. Very pleased and I will continue taking these every day from now on.

    Arrived glued together

    It arrived with the pills veritably glued together. In one massive glob, it was impossible to separate them. I had to go to the store for a replacement. The photo is of the bottle being held upside down. I've bought many other products from the Nature's Bounty line without issues. If you're not vegetarian/vegan, stick with fish oil for Omega 3s.
