    Buyer's claim are completely false. Exact text of listing is as follows: "SONAR FS-2340 CB RADIO TUBE TYPE. Part of lot of CB equipment being sold as part of deceased estate. Updated listing to show unit does turn on. Was part of owner's CB setup. Make no reps or warranties as to condition. Buy at your own risk." Also, had conversation with buyer to give me instructions on how to package equipment (which was followed). Also, shipped via better service carrier (UPS instead of USPS).
