    Item was exactly as described but arrived with a giant crease in it. Why? Because the seller did not use any padding, cardboard backing or filler material whatsoever to keep it flat. They just stuffed it into a thin envelope. Seller did not write "Do not fold" or any kind of warning onto the envelope to ensure the integrity of the product. Very poor packaging and lack of TLC on this sale.

    Shiny, new and it works.

    The remote was a 6.4 IR which is the exact replacement for my old one. I programmed it and it works like a charm. It was brand new, no wear marks at all and it showed up at my door 2 days earlier than anticipated.

    Not Great

    This unit does not preform much better than the one it is to replace which was 5 years old. The keys sometimes have to be pushed several times to get it to activate. The buttons are stiff and do not compare to the original which was smooth and easy. I bought a rebuilt prior to this and had similar issues with it. I bought this thinking it was new and would have no issues. I was wrong!!

    Not a new remote

    It works but it’s not new like it says it supposed to be, select word is just about worn out, it’s not black like the picture it’s gray, the gray has worn off marks, The crack around the middle of it had dirt it. So not very impressed.
