    Great Product

    Works great. I use it for radio, phone calls, voice text, and intercom. Sound quality is great and my fellow riders tell me that the microphone is very clear. Easy install and quick charge that lasts weeks for my daily commute.

    Good Features , Speakers Average

    Overall the unit works very well. Pairing was easy with my phone. So far I primarily listen to the radio on my ride to work. I am wearing a full face helmet and at low speeds the sound quality is good (with the volume not at full blast). However, my pipes are kind of loud which when paired with wind noise makes it almost impossible to hear clearly at higher speeds. This raises the concern of cranking up the volume that close to your ears. I was able to remedy this with a little bit with no-noise ear plugs. I’m tempted to try earbud headphones, but that seems unsafe. In the end, I do recommend this product as a Bluetooth helmet com system.

    Great Replacement for a SENA 2S

    I replaced a SENA 20S I damged when my helmet fell.The 20S EVO I purchased works great and had a few additional features over the 20S. SENA unit fit my modular Scorpion helmets much better than the CARDO units I tried. The one thing lacking inthe 20S EVO is mesh technology. The newer SENA units have now embraced mesh technology.

    Works for me

    It is all good but operating it takes getting used to, I will check online for any user videos. I was the tail gunner of an 8 bike group, it would have a lot of crackling. We got split up at the light twice and we would lose connection

    It’s good but the stock speakers are inadequate

    There’s a reason why Sena made “HD speakers” to replace the stock ones. I got those and after experimenting with their placement, they sound great. And I have a big Harley-Davidson with Vance and Hines pipes and it’s loud. I was able to easily converse with others in my riding group with not fidelity issues whatsoever.
