      "Open Box" desktop computer had been purchased new by seller a couple of years ago but was reportedly never used. Communication with seller was good. Carefully packed and promptly shipped. Computer did upgrade to Windows 11 and seems to be working fine. Very satisfied with my purchase and the transaction with the seller.

      Shipper never took the item to the post office. Tracking shows this. Seller waited 8 days, after I asked about it on day 8, to print a shipping label but never dropped it off. Seller never communicated except in response to my messages. I do not recommend this seller. Seller refunded my money after printing the label and saying that he dropped it off. Post Office has no record of this package being tendered. Untruthful seller.

      Was this annoying? Yes. Local post office "could not locate" a batch of items dropped in overnight mail. Going forward shipments will be taken inside during business hours for real-time scan. Multiple problems this year only with usps (ex: packages not showing tracking movement until scanned at delivery, tracking not showing any activity after item buyer confirmed receipt). Buyer refunded in full. 19 year 100% positive track-record without these recent problems. Thank you!
