I wish there were some instructions on how to use the small pieces that fit onto the side if this though. This thing is amazingly effective. Been dealing with ileopsoas pain for quite a while and this was magical at immediately releasing the muscle segments. My knee pain was so bad I was using a cane and after releasing the iliacus it’s been gone now for 2 days. By applying pressure to the base of the skull and neck you can significantly reduce neck and head tension.

Within a day label was generated and package with usps but no response. Item came as marketed - 3D printed hard white with softer airy printed black for cushion comfort. Most parts were put together when arrived but had some 3D threads and softer printed had a divet.
